This will be our home.

It's really crazy to think about that, how quickly it will happen, but I guess it's becoming a reality. But, hold yer horses for just one minute, because our house in Denison still has not sold.
We had, yet another, open house today (#5 if you're keeping count). Sadly, not a single soul passed through. To be fair, the weather is yucky. Cold, blowing wind.
We keep getting little nibbles of interest, but never a follow-up. Last week there was a single guy who loved loved loved it, and promised to bring his family through for their seal of approval I suppose. Haven't heard a single word about that since last Monday.
I'm having the ugly conversation with myself that it might be time for a small reduction in the price (we don't have much room to work with). But, if that will increase the traffic just a bit. I'm still on target for my dream closing date (May 14th). I chose that date because it is five years to the day of the day we closed. I think it would be serendipitous to have the same closing date five years apart. So, even though I'm getting a little impatient and anxious, I know there's still some time. But, not much.
